Terms & Conditions of Sales

Reservation, payment and cancellation:
- the reservation is validated upon entering your bank imprint. No debit will be made before your arrival. The stay can be paid on site by check, holiday vouchers, credit card or in cash.
- free cancellation up to 14 days before the date of your stay by email to info@moulindeslandes.com
- in the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the date of your stay, 100% of the total amount will be debited from your credit card.
- in case of no show, the total amount of the stay will be debited from your credit card.
- A cot (child under 2 years old) can be offered on request at a cost of € 10 per night.

Some rules of life at the Mill:
- The interior of the Mill is completely non-smoking.
- Pets are not accepted.
- It is not allowed to eat in the rooms.
- Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. On request, at other times, if possible.
- Departures are before 11am.
- Breakfasts are served between 8:30 am and 10 am.
- The swimming pool is available to guests from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in season.
